We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim for your contentment with your purchase. In case the product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges for unused and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we currently do not provide free return shipping for international orders and cannot offer refunds for customs or duties.

AUSTRALIA: Free standard shipping on Australia orders over $150, expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the shipping destination and the weight of your order. Currently, we do not provide free shipping for international orders.*Free shipping is applied after discounts and before taxes.

We take great pride in the efficiency of our shipping services. A remarkable 90% of all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends, and any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.

During periods of high demand such as peak sale season, restocks, and new product releases, the delivery of your package(s) may experience slightly extended timeframes. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these occasions. To ensure same-day shipping for Second Day, Overnight Orders, and DHL Worldwide Express, please make sure to place your order before the 10 am EST cutoff time. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day. Before shipping, all orders undergo thorough verification and approval. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in processing and shipping delays for your order. In the event that an item(s) is out of stock, it may cause delays in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that we will promptly notify you via email or phone regarding any changes associated with your order.

Upon placing an order, a notification email will be sent to each customer containing the tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track the shipment once it has been dispatched.

Kindly note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update and reflect the current status of the package.

Domestic Shipping: The delivery time for your order depends on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Typically, our standard shipping options takes 1-3 days for Metro orders, 3-8 business days for Regional orders/Domestic orders and 1-2 business days for Express orders within Australia.

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original and sellable condition within 30 days of receiving the item. Washed items and or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons.

Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method (with a handling fee) or come in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. If items are not in stock at the time we receive your item, you will be receiving store credit for it. We generally advise washing most of our products using cold water and air drying. Using a dryer may potentially cause damage or shrinkage to the items, so we do not recommend it. It's important to note that the degree of shrinkage can vary depending on the materials used in each product. Please be aware that once an item has been washed, it is no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
